The Pescara model followed the specifications of the race winning machine. Only a year later a heavily modified version was introduced, simply dubbed 6C 2300 B. The engine was only slightly refined, but many of the chassis and suspension components were brand new.

To celebrate its victory in Pescara's Targa Abruzzo and Coppa Acerbo, Alfa Romeo sanctioned the production of just 60 6C 2300 Pescara chassis, all of which shared the same 2,925-mm wheelbase and potent twin carburetor engine. Chassis 700635 was supplied new to Benito Mussolini on August 10, 1935.

The car had a top speed of 95 mph (153 km/h), a chassis designed to flex and undulate over uneven surfaces, as well as sensitive geared-up steering.
